The Construction Progress Report contains information about highway construction contracts that are awarded by the Board of Transportation. Although the file is updated nightly from the Construction Management System, portions of the information regarding specific contracts are updated only when progress payments are made to the contractor. The “Last Estimate Thru Date” reflects the date through which the last update was made for a contract. When a construction contract is completed, information regarding the contract is no longer available through the Construction Progress Report.
